A bypass from Clifton Road in Rugby by Rugby Golf Course CV21 3RD to Hillmorton leading to Crick and the new housing development Houton is expected to be completed by autumn 2019
It will carry a terrific lot of traffic as it leads to all the warehousing based in Crick and on the A5 near to the M1.
It will inevitably lead to more development as it is expected to put a rail spur there also for travelling direct to Rugby Rail Station.

Rugby Borough Council have taken on Consultants to see how the town can be improved for the future. That is really brilliant and a move in the right direction. However it is fascinating that many who want to convert above shop premises into flats think people who will use them do not have cars. We are developing 2 problems in Rugby and they are not enough parking spaces and the road infrastructure is now struggling to cope with development taking place. These need redressing.
